CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
These Terms are governed by laws and regulations of the State of Texas. Any action to enforce or interpret them shall be brought and maintained under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harris County. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive all objections thereto.
SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION
